This policy explains what information we collect on twerkout.com and lextwerkout.com, what we do with it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

• When you reserve a class: your name, email address, and phone number if you give it. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see or store your card number.
• When you join our email list: your email address, and the page or link you came from.
• Automatically: basic technical information (browser, device, pages visited) and, if you arrived through one of our tracked links, a first-party cookie so we can tell which post or promoter brought you here. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To run the class you reserved: confirmations, reminders, and notices if a class is cancelled or moved.
• To take payment and process refunds (via Stripe).
• To let you know about future classes and important news, with an unsubscribe link in every email.
• To understand which posts and links bring people to the site.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers who process data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security commitments: Stripe (payments), Clerk (accounts and login), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel and Neon (hosting and database). Partner studios receive the names on the door list for a class held at their venue. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

Reservation and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes (typically 7 years). Email-list records are kept until you unsubscribe.

5. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing lexy@lextwerkout.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records (such as payment history) may need to be kept for legal reasons.
• California residents: you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, and to request deletion. We do not sell personal information and do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
• Outside the US: our services are intended for people in the United States. If you use them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the US.

6. Cookies

We use a login cookie (so you stay signed in) and a first-party attribution cookie (so a tracked link can be credited). You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, but you may need to sign in more often.

7. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
